  • Q: Do I need a server to host my site?

    A: Nope, you won't need to worry about hosting. All holkee sites include our fully-managed, high performance cloud hosting.

  • Q: Can I connect my domain with my holkee site?

    A: Yes! Custom domain is a feature in paid plans. You can set 1 custom domain in AMP website. holkee provides detailed instructions to help you connect your site with a domain you already own. Don't have a domain? You can buy one from Godaddy (recommended) or Namecheap.

  • Q: Can I only buy the additional items?

    A: Nope, you must have a Premium plan first. Please select your plan and complete the payment, then you can choose the additional item you like.

  • Q: How do I cancel the Premium plan?

    A: If you're on a paid plan, you can contact us to cancel the plan to revert to the free plan (it will take at least 2 business days), and the charge will stop by the end of this billing cycle (next month on a monthly agreement and next year on a yearly one). Note that if you are using any paid additional item, you'll have to remove those features or the associated sites before being able to cancel/downgrade.

  • Q: How do I cancel the paid additional items?

    A: If you're on a paid additional item, you can contact us to cancel the additional item (it will take at least 2 business days), and the charge will stop by the end of this billing cycle (next month on a monthly agreement and next year on a yearly one).

  • Q: Can I switch paid plans?

    A: Yes, you can switch from monthly to yearly or yearly to monthly. You need to contact us to terminate the automatic bill payment of your previous plan (it will take at least 2 business days), then go to the Premium plan page, select the plan you want to change and complete the payment. The charge will stop by the end of this billing cycle.
