At October 1st, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery. (Please note, this is an appreciation period, not a trial period.) Free gifts included with your order must also be returned in original condition Refund Process After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund: - Credit Cards: Refunded to your card within 10 business days (may appear on next statement) - Bank Transfers/ATM: Refunded to your bank account (please provide account name, number, and branch code) - Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (please provide account details) What Is Not Considered a Defect The following are considered normal and not defective: - Minor imperfections (loose threads, slight fraying) - Color variations due to screen displays - Differences in thickness, weave texture, or feel - Size or style preferences Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for: 1. Items not purchased from our official website 2. Returns requested after the 7-day period 3. Incomplete items (missing parts/packaging/free gifts) 4. Used, washed, altered, or damaged items 5.
