氨氮檢測 NH3/NH4 準確檢測出水中含氨(NH3)含量，濃度過高會導致魚隻身亡總氨量是指有害的氨NH3以及無害的銨NH4所含的總和，測試有害氨主要原因為氨濃度過高，可能會造成魚鰓護膜損壞造成魚隻正常呼吸系統，且濃度過高，會導致魚隻死亡氨0.02ppm以下為正常 0.02~0.05ppm 容易影響魚隻健康，0.05ppm以上造成某些魚類急性中毒身亡即使微量也會造成魚隻緊迫壓力，而使免疫系統失衡，增加疾病發生機率 所以最好保持在0PPM狀態下，才不會對魚隻造成傷害 使用方法 1. 將欲測量水加入對比試管內測線位置 2. 加入1號試劑5滴並搖勻 3. 加入2號試劑5滴並搖勻，若測試海水時，可能會產生混濁現象 4. 加入3號試劑5滴並搖勻 5. 等待40分鐘，透過比試管與色卡顏色來判斷測試結果及讀取數值 結果分析 本測試劑分析結果為總氨量 ，必須對照表格來求取氨含量，才能判斷最終氨NH3數值含量，例如在28ﾟC求得總氨量為3ppm，水PH值為7.8，即可對照表格氨的百分比為4.23%(，則可用參數來計算3.0ppm* 4.23%=0.1269 ppm 氨(NH3)佔總氨量在各PH值及溫度含量之百分比對照表
